مکالمه را شروع کنید

با درک درست از سفر مشتری (customer journey) و قدرت یک پلتفرم نرمافزار بازاریابی پیامکی خوب، میتوانید کمپین خود را به ترافیک وبسایت بالاتر منتهی و مکالمات خود با مخاطبانتان را به گفتوگویی دوطرفه تبدیل کنید.

قوانین را فراموش نکنید

- یک کارکرد واضح جهت لغو اشتراک
در تمام قالبهای بازاریابی رایانامهای، یک URL جهت لغو اشتراک(unsubscribe) در قسمت فوتر (footer) قرار داده میشود. اما در بازاریابی پیامکی جدیدا رایج شده که برای راهنمایی گیرنده از او میخواهند برای لغو اشتراک عبارت لغو دریافت را پیامک کند.
در مثال زیر، هتل فاکس الزامات قانونی خود را بدون آنکه تاثیر منفی بر محتوا بگذارد، پوشش داده است:

همه پلتفرمهای نرمافزار بازاریابی پیامکی موثر همچون Vision6 درخواستهای لغو اشتراک را ثبت میکنند و به صورت خودکار مانع میشوند تا کمپینهای آینده برای آنها فعال شود.
این کار توسط عبارت “لغو” یا هر عبارت دیگری که شما برای لغو اشتراک تعریف کنید، صورت میگیرد.
